Precision Coated Diamond Abrasive Lapping Film

NanoKem incorporates a proprietary new particle, designed to improve the quality of polished surfaces by eliminating scratch-generating agglomerations. By polishing at nominal particle sizes it shortens polishing processes and enables increased cutting from each diamond particle. One-step NanoKem film achieves the end finish specification of as many as two or three conventional diamond film products.

Aluminium Oxide Lapping Film

Tightly graded aluminium oxide coated onto a 0.3mm thickness polyester film backing. Available with or without PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive).

Applications

  • Superfinishing of printing rollers, calender rollers, piston rods, shafts, pipes, hydraulic cylinders and part in the gear and engine industry
  • Applications on Belt-Finishing-Machine with workpieces like printing rollers, calender rollers, piston rods, shafts, pipes, hydraulic cylinders
