Injection Mould Ultrasonic Cleaner

Moulds are handled with lifting beams (optional) matching the dimensions and weight capacity of the cleaning machine. Operator lifts moulds to and from tanks with a hoist (not included). The wash tank is equipped with supports for the lifting beam bearing the mould. Chain hoist can be detached and lid closed for the duration of the cleaning. In rinse and passivation stages, which are typically a matter of minutes, the lifting beam is supported with the hoist during treatment. Control devices like temperature and treatment time controller and start/stop push button are located on a panel at the front of the tanks.

Materials used in the equipment are specified in the table herein under. Materials not specified are compatible with the chemicals specified for each tank. Electrical components used in the equipment are of well-known brands with common availability on the world market. Stainless steel surfaces unpainted, control cabinet painted RAL 7035.

Tanks are built on self-supporting rigid framework. Heated tanks are insulated with form-sprayed polyurethane foam. Tank unit is covered with stainless steel panels on all sides (except left where electric cabinet is placed). A choice of lift off, hinged or pneumatic lids is offered as an option. Liquid valves are behind the machine. Electric box is mounted on left end of the machine. The box accommodates all electric equipment including the ultrasonic generators.
